F&B Service Expert

You will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa. As a Guest Service Expert, your role will involve setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas to ensure that transactions feel like part of the overall dining experience. - Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal - Interact and serve guests in a professional manner - Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information - Be on your feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods - Handle physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance - Uphold quality standards and follow company policies and procedures to create a safe workplace - Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience - Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required - License or Certification: None needed You will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa.
