Role Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic F&B Service Executive / Floor Waiter to join our service team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for our guests by providing efficient, attentive, and personalized service on the restaurant floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests warmly and ensure a smooth, friendly service experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and special items to assist guests with inquiries and suggestions.
• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs proactively (refills, clearing plates, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant floor daily.
• Follow Artjuna’s service standards, grooming, and conduct policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality (1+ year preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• English proficiency is essential; knowledge of Hindi or Konkani is an advantage.
