Job description
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling F&B costs
- Monitor F&B costs
- Conduct regular cost comparisons and variance analysis
- Oversee physical inventory and system inventory differences and keep regular checks.
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure supplier prices align with negotiated rates
- Analyse sales and profitability
- Must know MS Excel
- Knowledge of Management information System
