Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Present the menu and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, following service standards.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly for the next guest.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order execution.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
  • Support team members during peak hours and special events.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
