Job Summary

As an F&B Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our dining spaces. From greeting guests to ensuring seamless food and beverage service, your role is key to creating memorable dining moments. We are looking for individuals who are sincere, detail-oriented, and dedicated to luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide expert knowledge of food, beverages, and local cuisine.
• Ensure timely, accurate service across restaurant, in-room dining, and bar.
• Maintain hygiene and presentation standards in all service areas.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
• Uphold the service ethos of The Postcard—discreet, intuitive, and personal.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury/premium hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication; English fluency required, Malayalam/Hindi a plus.
• High level of dedication, grooming, and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
