If you aim to build a brand in Rural India, you need Fateh. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, and manage the sales team. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building client relationships, conducting market research, and executing effective sales campaigns. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Sales experience, including strategy development and team management skills Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in Urban activation is a plus Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team
