Job Description

Title Fast Food Cook Key Responsibilities: Prepare fresh and hygienic pani puri, including puris, flavored water (pani), and fillings (masala, chutneys). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation and serving area at all times. Refill ingredients and prepare items in advance to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Serve customers quickly and politely, ensuring a pleasant food experience. Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of pani puri. Follow all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards. Assist in the preparation of other chaat items, if required (optional). Maintain daily stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pani Puri or chaat maker (1+ years preferred). Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Speed and accuracy in food preparation. Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work on weekends and during evening hours. Ability to prepare other chaat items like bhel puri, sev puri, ragda pattice, etc.
