Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) – Trainee/Junior Level, ideally a current MBA or Master's student (or recent graduate), to join our team. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and approach potential clients (B2B focus – US & global markets). Assist in creating and executing business development strategies for our IT services (Cloud, Salesforce, Web Development, AI solutions). Build and nurture client relationships through networking, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and convert them into opportunities. Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations. Work with the technical team to align client needs with FDCI's solutions. Track and report key business metrics, lead generation, and pipeline growth. What We’re Looking For MBA/Master’s student (Marketing, Business, or related field) or a recent graduate. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic understanding of IT services (cloud computing, web development, or AI) is a plus. Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work in a startup culture. Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, client calls, and proposal drafting.
