Fashion & Technical Designer Men’s Compression T-Shirt

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fashion & Technical Designer to help us create a men’s t-shirt with compression functionality in the chest area and design enhancements to minimize visible belly folds. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of fashion and is excited to take a product from R&D to prototype in collaboration with a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development

• Conduct in-depth competitor and market research on compression wear, shaping garments, and men’s fashion tech.
• Explore and analyze existing products, stitching methods, shaping techniques, and fabric innovations.

2. Material & Fabric Sourcing

• Identify and recommend appropriate fabrics and compression materials (with breathability and comfort in mind).
• Source suppliers or manufacturers for sample materials and compression textiles.

3. Aesthetic & Technical Design

• Translate our product vision into functional, modern design concepts that combine compression with a clean, wearable look.
• Develop construction strategies that support the function of the product without bulk or discomfort.

4. Digital Sketching & Renders

• Create detailed digital illustrations and flat sketches for the initial design.
• Produce visual mockups that clearly show garment function, fit, and layering structure.

5. 3D Rendering

• Generate 3D renders of the product for visualization and iterative feedback before sample production.

6. Tech Pack Development

• Build a complete tech pack including:
• Accurate garment measurements
• Material specifications
• Stitch types and construction details
• Finishes, trims, and other technical instructions

7. Prototype Support

• Work closely with our team or external vendors to guide the creation of the first physical prototype.
• Help refine the prototype with feedback loops until it meets quality, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
