Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Sales Consultant-Menswear located in Ludhiana. The Fashion Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, consulting clients on menswear fashion choices, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with their purchases, offering expert advice on menswear trends, and maintaining the sales floor appearance to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for men's fashion and trends
• Prior experience in retail or high-end fashion is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion or related field is Must
