1. Co-ordinate with Tailors, Embroiders and other vendors to get the work doneo n time.
2. Prepare a daily work plan and make sure customer orders are delivered on time.
3. Check the quality of garment at every stage.
4. Keep track of raw materials like fabrics and embroidery materials.
5.Manage dispatches and packaging for clients and store orders.
6. Ensure proper record keeping for dispatches and returns.
7. Maintain Purchase orders and bills.
