Job Description

Responsibilities- * Managing new developments starting from creating mood/theme boards to Sketching design ideas, selecting and sourcing fabrics, lace, trims, and other materials, developing specifications and tech sheets, and overseeing the creation of samples and prototypes. Development of Prints and Patterns for different categories like Lingerie, nightwear, Kidswear, etc. * Conducting research to gather relevant information, inspiration, and industry trends. * Analyzing competitors and market trends to inform design decisions. * Meeting with vendors or distributors pan India to discuss project objectives, goals, and requirements. * Managing vendors pan India to insure easy flow of raw materials. Negotiating terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors. * Supervising Interns and assistant Merchandisers to insure smooth operations. * Coordinating with the production team to ensure hassle-free production.
