Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ethnic wear collections, including lehengas, sarees, Anarkalis, and suits.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and create mood boards, design sketches, and technical specifications for new collections.
• Conduct thorough fabric selection, trims, and embellishment choices to create designs aligned with the brand vision.
• Work with the production team to ensure the accurate execution of designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and the latest fabric techniques to ensure designs remain contemporary.
• Assist in the development of sample collections and oversee modifications to achieve the desired final product.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure designs meet customer demands and commercial objectives.
• Attend fittings and make design revisions as needed based on sample reviews and client feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or any other reputed fashion institute.
• 2-4 years in fashion design, specializing in both Ethnic and Western wear.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW; strong knowledge of fabric selection, embroidery, and garment construction.
• Creativity: Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to combine traditional and modern designs.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with fashion trends and market demands.
• Comfortable with night shifts.
