Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute brand marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with Instinct First's brand identity. - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and more. - Oversee influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and celebrity endorsements to enhance engagement and credibility. - Work with the creative team to create compelling content including ad creatives, brand visuals, and product storytelling. - Monitor performance marketing metrics, track ROI, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. - Optimize SEO, social media strategy, and e-commerce marketing efforts to improve online visibility. - Organize engaging brand activations, events, and experiential marketing campaigns. - Track key marketing metrics like ROAS, CAC, and engagement rates to derive data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
