Fashion Designer

As a Designer specializing in Indian / Fusion / Western wear, your primary responsibility will be to create innovative designs that align with the theme, context, and preferences of the Company's clients. This involves selecting and sourcing appropriate fabrics, colors, and embellishments in close collaboration with the management team. You will be tasked with overseeing and supervising the entire production process, working closely with the production team to ensure that the design is brought to life efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising the Master, Embroider, and Tailors to maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely execution of the designs. Your role will also involve organizing regular photoshoots, where you will coordinate with various professionals including Photographers, Hair & Make-up artists, Models, and selecting suitable locations. Furthermore, you will be expected to liaise with clients regarding their orders and manage all aspects of Quality Assurance. In addition to your design responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to represent the Company at local and regional exhibitions, showcasing and selling the garments manufactured by the team. While this position does not offer remote work options, it is a full-time role with benefits including leave encashment and paid sick time. The ideal candidate for this role would hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for relevant experience in the field. The work location for this position is in-person during day shifts.,
