Job Description: M/S Lady Beauty is seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer with a strong understanding of loungewear trends to join our creative team at Asmita Textile Park, Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seasonal collections, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring high-quality output from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Design seasonal loungewear collections based on current trends and market demands Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis Develop mood boards, hand/tech sketches, and detailed tech packs Coordinate closely with the sampling and production team to maintain design fidelity Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments in collaboration with suppliers and vendors Participate in fittings and sample reviews, providing necessary feedback and modifications Maintain organized digital archives of all designs, patterns, and samples Ensure timely execution of all design-related tasks and deadlines
