Fashion Designer - Menswear

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative streetwear collections for menswear, blending creativity with market relevance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching trends, subcultures, and street fashion aesthetics to keep designs fresh and forward-thinking. - Developing mood boards, sketches, digital renderings, and detailed tech packs. - Working closely with sampling and production teams to bring ideas into tangible products. - Experimenting with in-house facilities (prints, washes, embroidery, custom denim, etc.) to create unique pieces. - Balancing originality with wearability and commercial appeal. Qualifications required for this role: - Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in fashion design (freshers with strong portfolios welcome). - Strong grasp of streetwear culture, silhouettes, and current global trends. - Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Clo3D/other 3D software a plus). - Knowledge of fabric sourcing and garment construction, printing techniques, embellishments, denim design & wash techniques, graphics and typography for apparel, pattern making basics, and fit understanding. - Strong visualization and storytelling ability (turning concepts into collections). - Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
