Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kidswear Fashion Designer at MADONA CREATIONS PVT LTD, located in Kolkata. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing and creating new clothing collections for INFANTS & KIDS, incorporating embroidery, prints, and other design elements. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the production team, ensuring accurate sizing and fitting, and staying updated on current fashion trends to ensure innovative designs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Fashion Design and ready-to-wear Fashion trends
Experience with Hosiery & Textiles and Printing, Embroidery & Stitching knowledge
Strong knowledge of garments fitting and construction methods
Working proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw & Illustrator
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to conceptualize unique designs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team in an on-site setting
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field is preferred
Experience working in the Kidswear industry is a plus
