The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and developing new fashion concepts, overseeing the design process from conception through to the final styling, and conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques. We are launching our new batch, We are looking for people interested in sharing there design work in exchange of capital, they earn on per piece sold. You can earn upto 1 lakh rupees for a single design. You will be responsible from designing to sampling the product parts. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Fashion Design and Fashion Proficiency in Embroidery and Textiles Skills in fitting and garment construction Strong creative vision and innovation in design Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field Previous experience in fashion design is advantageous

Role Overview We’re looking for a Fashion Production Executive who can support our design and operations team in managing end-to-end production — from sourcing fabrics to overseeing stitching and finishing. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a sense of fashion detailing, and a hands-on approach to execution. Responsibilities Source and coordinate with fabric suppliers, dyers, tailors, and production units. Manage fabric dyeing, stitching, and finishing processes. Maintain quality checks and ensure production timelines are met. Assist the designer in translating design samples into production-ready pieces. Track inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished products. Support photoshoot preparation and logistics when needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Requirements 0–2 years of experience in fashion production, sourcing, or operations. Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production flow. Strong communication and coordination skills. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
