Fashion Designer (Luxury Wear)

Role Overview: You will be a Fashion Designer (Luxury Wear) at Esthera Co., an upcoming luxury fashion house in Pune. Your main responsibilities will include designing original luxury apparel concepts, developing sketches and CAD designs, selecting fabrics and embellishments, creating tech packs, researching fashion trends, and collaborating with pattern makers and tailors to ensure high-quality garments. Key Responsibilities: - Design original, trend-forward luxury apparel concepts in line with Esthera Co."s brand identity. - Develop sketches, illustrations, and CAD designs for mens and womens collections. - Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for high-end garments. - Create detailed tech packs for sampling and production. - Research global fashion and luxury trends to incorporate unique designs. - Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and sample units for perfect fits. - Ensure that each piece reflects luxury craftsmanship, exclusivity, and innovation. Qualifications: - Degree/diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, London/Paris design schools preferred but not mandatory). - Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, couture, or premium fashion. - Proficiency in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar. - Excellent understanding of fabric types, embroidery, detailing, and finishing. - Creative flair with an eye for color, silhouette, and style. - Passion for luxury fashion and a willingness to grow with a start-up label.
