Location: Kruthika Designer Studio, 4th Cross Road, Achappa Layout, JP Nagar 7th Phase, Opp. Narayana PU College, Puttenahalli, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and develop original and trend-forward ethnic wear: sarees, blouses, lehengas, kurtis, and kids’ Indo-western outfits

• Collaborate with tailoring and embroidery teams to ensure design execution
• Innovate with draping techniques for ready-to-wear sarees and blouseless concepts
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, textile innovations, and customer preferences
• Conduct fabric sourcing and selection in coordination with the studio owner
• Supervise sampling and final garment quality
• Attend client trials and make design adjustments if needed
• Assist in styling looks for photoshoots and social media content

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian ethnic fashion and textiles
• Creative sketching and draping skills
• Knowledge of pattern-making and garment constructio
• Attention to detail with good understanding of color, fit, and finish
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment with tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1+ year experience in a fashion house or boutique (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for Indian fashion and innovation in ethnic wear

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

• Kannada (Preferred)
