Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze fashion trends to create innovative designs. Develop mood boards, sketches, and design concepts for new collections. Work with fabrics, patterns, and color palettes to create aesthetically appealing garments. Oversee the sampling and production process, ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing team to align designs with brand vision. Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments based on feedback. Source and select appropriate materials, trims, and accessories. Stay updated with the latest fashion market trends and competitors. Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design projects. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion designing, preferably in apparel. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques. Creative mindset with excellent sketching and illustration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Good communication and presentation skills.
