Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and sketch new outfit concepts tailored for baby shoots (0–3 years age group)
Select suitable fabrics, colors, and embellishments that are comfortable, safe, and visually appealing in photos
Collaborate with photographers and shoot coordinators to understand shoot themes and concepts
Oversee sample creation and provide direction to tailoring or production teams
Ensure each outfit is durable, easy to dress, and baby-friendly (no sharp elements, choking hazards, or irritants)
Maintain an organized portfolio of past designs and photo references
Stay updated with baby fashion trends and seasonal themes (e.g., fairy tale, festive, floral, vintage)
