Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new clothing concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
• Develop seasonal collections based on trends, market demand, and brand theme.
• Select fabrics, trims, patterns, and color palettes.
• Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling team, and tailors for prototype development.
• Review samples, make fitting corrections, and finalize designs.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare technical sheets, specifications, and design documentation.
• Manage design timelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Support in photoshoots, styling, and catalog preparation (if needed).

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
• Strong creativity, visualization, and sketching skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
