Fashion Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fashion Designer to join our team. The role involves supporting the design and merchandising team in managing product development, vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution from sampling to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and sampling process.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for samples, pricing, and production timelines.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and track order status.
• Follow up on approvals for fabrics, trims, and samples.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
• Support in cataloging, product uploads, and ensuring accuracy in product details.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, logistics).
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to orders and merchandise.
• Assist in analyzing sales reports and identifying trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in fashion design, merchandising, retail, or related roles (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Passion for fashion design and product development.
