• Conceptualize and create original designs for women's high fashion collections, focusing on trends suited for the European market (e.g., luxury ready-to-wear, evening gowns, and seasonal lines).
• Collaborate with the design team to develop mood boards, sketches, and prototypes using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D.
• Research European fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer preferences to ensure designs align with market demands.
• Assist in fabric sourcing, pattern making, and sample development from initial concept to final production.
• Participate in fittings, revisions, and quality checks to refine designs for optimal fit and appeal.
• Travel to Europe (e.g., Paris, Milan, London) to meet buyers, attend trade shows, and collaborate on collection presentations – expect 2-4 trips per year!

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from a reputed fashion institute (e.g., NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or equivalent international programs).
• Strong portfolio showcasing women's wear designs, with a flair for high fashion and European aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, CAD tools) and basic knowledge of garment construction.
• Excellent sketching skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• Passion for fashion trends, sustainability, and cultural influences in European markets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• No prior professional experience required – we value fresh ideas and enthusiasm!
