Join our creative team and kickstart your career in global fashion!Job Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create original designs for women's high fashion collections, focusing on trends suited for the European market (e.g., luxury ready-to-wear, evening gowns, and seasonal lines). Collaborate with the design team to develop mood boards, sketches, and prototypes using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D. Research European fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer preferences to ensure designs align with market demands. Assist in fabric sourcing, pattern making, and sample development from initial concept to final production. Participate in fittings, revisions, and quality checks to refine designs for optimal fit and appeal. Travel to Europe (e.g., Paris, Milan, London) to meet buyers, attend trade shows, and collaborate on collection presentations – expect 2-4 trips per year! Requirements: Fresh graduate from a reputed fashion institute (e.g., NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or equivalent international programs). Strong portfolio showcasing women's wear designs, with a flair for high fashion and European aesthetics. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, CAD tools) and basic knowledge of garment construction. Excellent sketching skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail. Passion for fashion trends, sustainability, and cultural influences in European markets. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
