Role Overview

As a Fashion Concierge/Delivery Executive, you are the face of Sevora’s luxury experience.
You ensure every client interaction — from delivery to styling assistance — feels exclusive, elegant, and seamless.

This role combines presentation, client service, and product care, bridging the gap between fashion delivery and personalized luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver curated luxury fashion selections to clients’ homes, offices, or preferred locations with a premium handover experience.
  • Coordinate with Sevora Stylists to facilitate Try-Before-You-Buy or Personal Styling Sessions.
  • Present each item with impeccable care, ensuring perfect packaging, garment condition, and brand detailing.
  • Assist clients during fittings or trials, ensuring comfort and smooth coordination with the stylist team.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and product care with precision and discretion.
  • Uphold Sevora’s brand image through grooming, communication, and service excellence.
  • Maintain client confidentiality, ensuring high-value items are managed securely.
  • Accurately manage digital confirmations, receipts, and logs through Sevora’s internal systems.
  • Gather client insights or feedback and share with the Client Experience and Styling teams to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+2 education; preferred diploma/certificate in Fashion, Retail, or Hospitality Management.
  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion boutiques, premium hospitality, or high-end e-commerce.
  • Must have own 2-wheeler for deliveries; fuel costs will be reimbursed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and presentation are essential.
  • Proven ability to handle high-net-worth clients (HNIs) with professionalism and poise.
  • Basic proficiency with digital tools and apps.
  • Flexible to work according to client convenience, including evenings or weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
