Fashion Coordinator

We are looking for experienced and creative Fashion Coordinators who can work with our offline and online customers, understand their fashion needs, and deliver tailor-made solutions. This role involves requirement gathering, design consultation, order creation, coordinating production, and managing logistics for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Provide expert fashion consultation on styles, fabrics, trends, fits, and customization options.
• Create and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Track and update customers on their order status.
• Plan and manage logistics for pickup of raw materials and delivery of finished products.
• Maintain records of orders, customer communications, and delivery timelines.
• Offer excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, fashion retail, or related customer-facing roles.
• Degree/diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, styles, sizes, and current fashion trends.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of creating simple social media posts or willingness to learn.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to quickly learn and use the existing in-house technologies and tools.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to new technologies and processes.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in fashion consultation and styling.
• Knowledge or experience with Shopify is an added advantage.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
