Fashion coordinator

As a Fashion Coordinator at Fashionous, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing top-notch service and fashion advice to our customers. Your role will be crucial in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, helping them make informed fashion choices, and maintaining a lively and positive interaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to provide personalized fashion guidance and advice.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product & service offerings.Assist in the customization process by understanding customer needs and collaborating with our team to ensure those needs are met.Conduct follow-up communications to ensure complete satisfaction with the purchases and services provided.Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to the product team.Participate in Trade Events, workshops etc to promote our brand and products.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, fashion retail, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage positively with customers.A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and styles.Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using digital technology for communication and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• fashion co-ordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• any other language other than Tamil (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
