Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant specializing in Ethnic Wear, located in Lucknow. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with their fashion choices, providing personalized fashion consulting, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and effectively communicating with clientele to ensure a delightful shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and the ability to drive retail success
• Passion for ethnic fashion and helping customers find the perfect attire
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lucknow
• Previous experience in a fashion retail environment is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion-related education is a plus
