Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Co-Founder & COO at Farmer's Daughter, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. As COO you will oversee daily operations, play a critical role in building and scaling our operations — from setting up micro processing units with farmers , to identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring efficient, values-aligned execution. You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer, quality teams, and field partners to turn vision into action. Designing and validating micro food processing units with low energy, minimal waste, and rural-friendly tech. Quality assurance and food safety systems , ensuring FSSAI and global food standards compliance. Integrating tech tools for traceability, real-time batch monitoring, and supply chain transparency. Collaborating with small farmers and SHGs to embed food tech training and process control in decentralized production models. Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology/Food Science/Agri-Engineering. Experience with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO food safety standards. Exposure to sustainable packaging, clean labeling, or digital supply chain systems (bonus if blockchain). The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, engaging with the online community, assisting in content strategy development, and conducting research.
