Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing overall operations at Two Villas, a luxury farmhouse project located in Avillion Farm, Thondebavi, Uchalagollahalli, Karnataka. Your role will involve handling property and facility management, overseeing housekeeping, and maintaining guest relations to ensure a unique and unforgettable living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities: - Manage property and facility operations at Two Villas luxury farmhouse project - Oversee housekeeping services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization - Maintain guest relations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers for property maintenance - Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to property management Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in property management or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing luxury properties - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and stakeholders effectively - Knowledge of property management best practices and industry standards - Availability to be based in or around Doddaballapur, Gowribidanur, or Yelahanka - Ability to be on call throughout the week and visit the property as required If you are passionate about property management and have the experience and qualifications required for this role, please contact 9663366023 to express your interest.,
