Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain a trust-based relationship with dairy farmers 2. Act as a reliable point of contact to support farmers in improving cattle health management through technology 3. Install tags and gateways at new farms by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 4. Ensure proper configuration and testing of devices for smooth operation 5. Regularly check the application to ensure proper functioning of tags, gateway connectivity, and alerts and notifications are received and processed 6. Collaborate with representatives and conduct farm visits to assess conditions and provide support 7. Monitor daily alerts, ensure appropriate action is taken, and record updates in the application with client support 8. Visit farms, collect necessary inputs, and help resolve issues faced by farmers 9. Validate reported events with farmers and client representatives 10. Provide feedback to the backend team for process improvements 11. Encourage farmers to use the application effectively 12.
