Experience: 3–5+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-based integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications and external systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Cloud PaaS services and proven experience developing robust and secure integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including App Driven, Scheduled, and File-based integrations . Build integrations using OIC adapters : REST, SOAP, File, FTP, ERP, HCM, and others. Work with Fusion SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party systems to create end-to-end integrations . Consume and publish REST/SOAP APIs , handle JSON/XML/XSLT transformations . Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define integration requirements and deliver solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues via the OIC dashboard and logs. Required Skills: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS APIs and Oracle Cloud application ecosystem. Experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML , and XSLT . Proficient in error handling, exception management , and security configurations (OAuth 2.0, CSF keys). Good knowledge of FBDI, HDL, and BI Publisher Reports in Oracle Fusion. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) or Process Cloud (PCS) is a plus. Oracle Cloud Certifications in OIC or PaaS.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Managed IT Services to clients in North America, with a deep understanding of the MSP business model, sales cycles, and client acquisition strategies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to close deals independently.
