To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or Microbiology. Completion of Fostac Training and HACCP certification is mandatory. Proficiency in typing, spreadsheet usage, word processing, and email communication is essential for successful performance in this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills. You must have a minimum of one year of professional experience and be willing to travel extensively across Bangalore and Mysore. This position requires 100% travel throughout the month.
