The hotel is very good and provides greater hospitality.service is also very. Good and helps every customer.hospitality staff was helpful and special mention to Mr. Arvind Kumar general manager for taking care all guests .I recommending others to have a stay in this room as they have clean rooms all great.

It is a haunted place, Hotel is empty and not operational, only 4th floor is operational and they run it like a desi guest house. Worst service, when we asked for plates they gave us disposable plates like some bhandara.. how this could be a 5 star hotel.. do not book this place it's like a bhutiya haveli
