FAE Engineer (System Integrator)

You will be responsible for resolving technical requirements for MB/VGA customers related to online queries, providing direct and indirect technical support for pre-RMA control, and sharing product specifications (CND, GNP, and all LOB products) with partners and dealers. Additionally, you will assist the sales team with technical queries raised by prime partners, deliver technical support for customer and channel sales escalations, and arrange and manage the technical service desk lineup for partner and channel escalation cases. You will also support channel sales partners with integrated BIOS file requirements, coordinate with customers to explain product failure issues and facilitate resolution, and track and monitor recurring issues reported by partners and dealers. Furthermore, you will follow up on customer technical queries to ensure timely support, handle customer escalations regarding product quality concerns, and conduct product quality failure analysis and share findings. You will provide technical notes and product updates to sales channels and partners, create support notes for identified system failure bugs, and perform gaming platform testing and quality checks for customer-reported product issues. Collaboration with PAN-India SI teams to manage customer escalations, system test reports, and diagnostics, approving CID confirmations for product issues in doubtful cases, ensuring resolution of customer-reported problems before RMA dispatch, and monitoring CID physical inspections and sharing process controls for pre-RMA partner/dealer support are also part of your responsibilities. You will support sales and channel partners in handling CID damage cases and coordinate approval follow-ups. Qualifications: - 3-4 years of experience in Desktop Motherboard and VGA technical support or field application engineering. Skills & Competencies: - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in MB/VGA. - Solid understanding of BIOS, hardware interfaces, and failure analysis. - Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. - Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and analysis. - Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
