As a Professor or Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, your role will involve providing academic leadership, managing departmental activities, encouraging research and innovation, and fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide academic leadership in the Department of Psychology - Manage departmental activities effectively - Encourage research and innovation among faculty and students - Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for students **Qualifications Required:** For Professor: - Ph.D. degree in Psychology or allied discipline - Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level - Evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidates For Associate Professor: - Ph.D. degree in Psychology or allied discipline - Minimum of 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor Please note that this is a Full Time Post, and relocation is required for this position.,
