Incubenation is building India’s first Startup School inside Startup Park – a 3-month intensive transformation program for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and aspiring business leaders. Role Overview

We are looking for a Faculty & Mentor – Business Technology to join our core team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bangalore. You will be responsible for guiding entrepreneurs on leveraging technology to build scalable businesses, introducing them to modern tools, and mentoring them through product development and tech adoption.

This role is not just classroom teaching - it’s about shaping founders into tech-enabled leaders, helping them integrate technology into their strategy, and pushing them to build future-ready startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach & Facilitate: Deliver engaging sessions on technology for startups — product development, emerging tech trends, no-code/low-code tools, and leveraging tech for scalability.
• Mentor Participants: Guide founders and students in adopting the right technologies, evaluating tech stacks, and aligning product development with business goals.
• Curriculum Development: Design engaging and practical course material, case studies, and real-world assignments.
• Hands-on Support: Provide one-on-one mentorship during afternoon project hours to ensure participants apply learnings to their startups.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other Faculty & Mentors (Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Operations, R&D) to deliver an integrated learning experience.
• Contribute to Demo Day: Help participants prepare investor-ready pitch decks, strategy docs, and growth presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in startup leadership, consulting, or business technology roles.
• Experience as a founder, startup operator, consultant, or MBA faculty with practical exposure.
• Strong understanding of lean startup principles, market research, and growth models.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Passion for mentoring and building the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
