As an experienced online faculty member at PhysicsWallah Ltd, your role will involve delivering high-quality lectures in Pure English for JEE & NEET preparation. You should be fluent in English, deeply passionate about teaching, and skilled in utilizing digital tools to create engaging sessions for students in India and abroad. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver live and recorded lectures in clear, simple English. - Use interactive pedagogy such as storytelling, examples, visual aids, and digital tools like Smart TV, animations, and PPTs. - Design and deliver concept videos, tips, byte-sized explainers, and reels to enhance student engagement. - Conduct live Q&A, quizzes, polls, and interactive discussions for an immersive learning experience. - Collaborate with content, design, and editing teams to ensure seamless academic delivery. - Monitor student engagement through YouTube & platform analytics to enhance teaching methods continuously. - Adapt content for live-streaming and recorded formats effectively. - Uphold PW values of affordability, motivation, and student-first learning. Requirements: - Proven experience in online teaching, preferably on platforms like YouTube or EdTech platforms. - Subject expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, or Zoology. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English-only delivery. - Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms. - Genuine passion for teaching and guiding aspirants. Good to Have: - Previous experience in EdTech or coaching. - Familiarity with content creation for platforms like YouTube, reels, and shorts. - Knowledge of analytics and student engagement strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness.,
