Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Faculty for GDPI at our Bhopal location. The role involves conducting Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) training sessions for students to help them prepare for competitive exams and admissions. The faculty member will design and implement lesson plans, evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and suggest individual improvement strategies. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with team members to enhance the overall learning experience and staying updated with trends relevant to education and competitive examinations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in conducting effective Group Discussions and Personal Interview trainings
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in curriculum or lesson planning and teaching methodologies
• Knowledge of competitive exams such as MBA, BBA, CLAT, GRE, GMAT is a plus
• Commitment to mentoring and impactful teaching
• Proficient in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Postgraduate degree or relevant qualification in management, education, or a related field
