• Master’s Degree in Management / Commerce / relevant field (Ph.D. preferred)

• Strong academic background with teaching/research experience

• Ability to mentor, inspire, and guide students in academics and career development

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• UGC-NET / SET qualified candidates will be given preference
