Faculty – Business Economics

Chanakya Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Economics Faculty to teach BBA 1st Year students. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity in Micro and Macro Economics and a passion for teaching foundational business economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business Economics – Micro & Macro to BBA students.
• Explain key concepts such as demand & supply, elasticity, production, market structures, national income, inflation, and fiscal/monetary policies.
• Prepare lesson plans, academic content, and evaluation materials.
• Conduct engaging lectures supported by graphs, case studies, and real-market examples.
• Guide students in developing economic reasoning and analytical thinking.
• Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and student mentoring.

Qualifications Required

• MA Economics (preferred)
• M.Phil/PhD in Economics will be an added advantage (optional)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over Microeconomics & Macroeconomics
• Ability to simplify concepts and relate them to real business scenarios
• Good communication and classroom engagement skills
• Analytical and research-oriented approach
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching (PPT, smart classroom tools, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
