Factory Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising factory operations in Gurgaon, IMT Manesar, overseeing production, dispatch, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules. You will lead and manage factory staff, maintaining a productive work environment. Your role will involve managing and maintaining all factory-related documents, such as production reports, inventory logs, dispatch records, and quality control documents. You will handle MIS reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Supervising billing procedures, you will ensure accurate and timely invoicing while coordinating with logistics for the dispatch of finished products. Tracking and managing the movement of goods within the factory and to clients will also be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee raw material procurement, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with the sales team for product delivery to fulfill purchase orders on time. Your role includes leading and training factory staff, resolving issues, maintaining discipline, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
