Factory Manager For PEB Factory

As a Plant Incharge with 15-20 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings Fabrication, your primary responsibility will be to ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality standards. You will be overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from production planning to scheduling and quality control. Your role will involve managing a team of workers, which includes tasks such as hiring, training, and performance management. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to and that the factory complies with all relevant regulations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of B.E (MECH) and at least 10 years of total work experience in a similar role.
