Factory Manager For PEB Factory

Role Overview: As the Overall Plant Incharge, your main responsibility will be to ensure on-time delivery with the best quality of pre-engineered buildings fabrication. You will be overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Additionally, you will manage a team of workers by handling tasks such as hiring, training, and performance management. It will be your duty to ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to and that the factory complies with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure on-time delivery with the best quality of pre-engineered buildings fabrication - Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control - Manage a team of workers by handling tasks such as hiring, training, and performance management - Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: B.E in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum Experience: 15-20 years in pre-engineered buildings fabrication Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
