Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Factory Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) manufacturing . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in maintaining Color Coating Lines, addressing frequent machinery breakdowns, and implementing preventive maintenance systems. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production through timely repairs and systematic maintenance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in ACP machinery and color coating lines. Attend to frequent breakdowns with a focus on minimizing production downtime. Conduct immediate and emergency maintenance as required. Color Coating Line Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of color coating line equipment including unwinders, coaters, curing ovens, and rewinders. Ensure coating quality is not impacted by mechanical faults or process irregularities. Monitor heating and curing systems, roller alignment, and web tension control mechanisms. Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance based on OEM recommendations and internal SOPs. Record and monitor key check points for machines like lamination lines, extrusion systems, cutting units, and color coating sections. Identify early signs of equipment wear and recommend timely action. Maintenance Records & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of all maintenance tasks, breakdowns, and part replacements. Document maintenance checklists, schedules, and reports systematically. Assist in preparing maintenance KPIs and machine performance reports. Inventory & Tools Management: Track and manage maintenance inventory and spare parts. Ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition. Safety & Compliance: Follow all industrial safety protocols during maintenance work. Ensure machines comply with health, safety, and environmental standards after service. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in ACP and Color Coating Line operations. ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance. Proven knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical panels, pneumatics, and color coating processes. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and control diagrams. Proficient in using maintenance software or logbooks for tracking work.
