As a Factory In-Charge at STEM Play Labs in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations of our unit and contributing to the scaling of our production process with precision and care. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in factory operations or production leadership, along with a background in Diploma or Engineering. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily line supervision, managing material flow, planning dispatches efficiently, and effectively handling a team.
