We are looking for a Factory Helper (Male) to join our team at Ganesh Food Products Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹15500.
Key Responsibilities:
· Help equipment operators other skilled labour when necessary.
· Prepare factory sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
· Load/unload factory materials.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and assist other workers.
· Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
